Source Protection Authority
Generally, the Source Protection Authority follows the same structure as the Conservation Authority Boards, which are made up of members appointed by municipal councils.
In our Source Protection Region, there are three Source Protection Authorities:
- The Lakes Simcoe and Couchiching / Black River Source Protection Authority (lead Authority)
- Severn Sound Source Protection Authority
- Nottawasaga Valley Source Protection Authority
