Source Water Protection

Source Protection Committee Member: Clayton Cameron

Clayton resides in Minden in the northern part of the Black River watershed and is employed in Severn Township in the southern part of the Black-Severn watershed. As Director of Public Works he is directly involved in the operation of six water systems, three surface and three groundwater sources. With 20 years experience in water supply and operations and responsibility for water supply to 5,000 residents, Clayton is very interested in protecting our water resources. The knowledge he brings to the committee about how water systems operate and the daily challenges faced by water providers will give a unique perspective to the discussions at the table.
