Source Protection Committee Member: Rick Newlove
Rick Newlove is General Manager of Corporate Services with the Corporation of the County of Simcoe and sits on the committee as one of the municipal sector representatives.
Rick is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the municipal field. His knowledge in the areas of planning, operations, forestry, environment, by-law enforcement and engineering will bring a wealth of information to help benefit the overall development of policies by the Committee.
Rick sees one of the major challenges of the group will be educating and reaching out to the general public because of the extremely large geographic area that this committee represents. Rick looks forward to the challenges this committee will deal with over the next several years.
