  3. How do I select my property I have zoomed to it on the map?

  4. Select the Identify tool from the toolbar and click within your property boundaries.
    When the following Window pops up, click on the “Is My property Eligible for ODWSP Funding?” tab to generate your property specific report
  5. How do I get the address window out of the way to see the map behind it?

  6. If you want to close the window below, click on the “x” in the top right corner

    To bring this window back to the screen, click on the button on the toolbar.
  7. Why do my tools on the toolbar overlap?

    The map viewer is designed to work best with a screen resolution of 1024 by 768. If your tools are overlapping, your screen resolution is set differently
    To change your screen resolution, click on your Start button on your computer and navigate to:
    1. CONTROL PANEL, and click
    2. DISPLAY, and double click
    3. Click on the “Settings” tab
    4. Change your screen resolution to be at least 1024 x 768.

  9. What do I do if my property is in a Source Water Protection Zone?

  10. If your property is in a Source Water Protection Zone, check the funding page to see if any eligible projects could be undertaken on your property. If you think you might have an eligible project, contact the Stewardship Coordinator at 1-800-465-0437 or by going to the contact us page.
  11. What's with all the technical terms?

  12. Source Water Protection, because it is a science-based process, has a number of specific, technical terms such as "Time of Travel", "Wellhead Protection Area" and "Intake Protection Zone". There is a glossary of key terms that you can refer to here.
  13. Who do I contact if I'm still having technical difficulties?
